In order to improve the overall performance of the technical workers, the company carry out technical worker qualification test during the period from early June to middle July, which is led by HR Dept. and coordinated by Process Engineering Dept., Quality Management Dept. and other related departments.

To ensure the fairness and transparency of this test, HR Dept., Process Engineering Dept., Quality Management Dept. and the persons in charge of the workshop has taken part in the qualification process.
